Yes. Sharon Tolson is a Licensed Maryland Real Estate Agent with The Gerdes Team w/ Real Broker, LLC. Real estate help is available in Maryland only.
Is the Home Buyer & Seller Class really free?
Yes. It is a free online class. Sign up and we will send you the next class date and a short prep sheet.
Which CPR class do I need?
BLS is for healthcare and EMS workers. CPR/AED & First Aid is for workplaces, schools, coaches, and parents. If you have 4 or more people, we can teach at your location.
How much does a consultation cost?
The 15-minute connection call is free. Paid sessions are $99 for one person, $250 for up to 3 people, and $550 for up to 7 people.
How much does a home value report cost?
Nothing. Fill out the free home value form on the real estate page and Sharon will send you what your home may be worth.
