Sharon founded Dynamic Services Hub LLC to bring together the disciplines she has practiced for years: real estate, business strategy, professional training, and purposeful travel. The mission is simple — give people one trusted hub for the moves that matter.
As a Licensed Maryland Real Estate Agent with The Gerdes Team w/ Real Broker, LLC., Sharon helps Maryland buyers, sellers, and investors with patient, education-first guidance — with a focus on the Annapolis lifestyle market: modern renovations, water-access neighborhoods, and walkable downtown living.
Beyond real estate, Sharon leads behavioral coaching, mindset transformation, and entrepreneurial startup courses; runs an 8-week youth leadership summer program through her non-profit; and manages multi-unit affordable housing in the Catonsville and Woodlawn areas of Baltimore County.
